The Auction of the Month |

March Auction This month's auction opportunity to purchase my artwork on line is shown below. The first of each month I will feature a new drawing, including the photos which inspired the piece, the planning sketch (es) and the finished work of art. The finished drawing only will be sold by sealed bid in an on-line auction lasting the month. Each drawing will be framed, and small enough to ship at a reasonable cost, with the successful bidder paying the shipping and insurance.
A morning on the Serengeti while on safari we encounter this young nomad walking on the track, he was avoiding the wet tall grass. He was at the head of the migratory column he was undoubtedly infringing on someone other male lion’s territory so he was hunting stealthy. I had the pleasure of watching him as he struggled to obtain a meal in this unfamiliar territory. He was a handsome young healthy male in all his grandeur.
