An Artist's Odyssey of Africa |

For years I have shared the stories of my adventures and misadventures in Africa with visitors to exhibits of my art work. I've lost count of how many times I've heard, "You ought to write a book!," so I am! The volume I envision is a fairly large - format "coffee - table" book, arranged, by habitat, and liberally illustrated with new sketches and full- color drawings based on five visits to East and Southern Africa. I'm still negotiating with potential publishers, so the exact format and release date for my first venture into the world of published authors are very much undecided. Never the less, I'm finding the process extremely rewarding, especially the chance to revisit my incredible safari memories in a more organized fashion.
